Customer Service Representative
The Town of Wallace is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill a position for Customer Service Representative. This position performs collection functions for utilities and taxes. Job tasks include (but are not limited to): accepting payments for utilities and taxes, recreation and other fees; answering the telephone and writing work orders, working under the supervision of the Finance Director.
Position requires completion of a high school diploma or GED supplemented by some experience in cashiering or accounting clerical work and customer service, bilingual abilities a plus. Starting salary range $28,325 depending on experience, benefits include retirement, medical, dental and life insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. Job description available upon request.
